Reconstruction of the synagogue 2004
In the year 2004, the synagogue received new shingles. Next, the internal columns that supported the women’s gallery were renovated along with the proper electric wiring, new water mains and a new sewage system. A cabinetmaker named František Živčák from Hartmanice restored the original beauty to the interiors - he crafted perfect replicas of the original doors, windows, and railings.
